Overview

The report presents the Group's 2024 ESG governance and materiality processes, with the Board overseeing ESG matters through an ESG Working Group. It reports 254.84 tonnes CO2e of combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and 474.92 MWh of total energy consumption, alongside environmental intensity targets for 2030. The report also describes a 360-employee ESG workforce dataset, health and safety measures, and anti-corruption controls with no concluded corruption proceedings. Beyond ESG, the annual report highlights RMB224,649 thousand of revenue and the launch and expansion of the Vala vehicle business.
