SustainabilityReports.com is operated from the Netherlands. We are the data controller for any personal information collected through this website. Our registration is with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and organization when you create an account or contact us. We also collect usage data automatically: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Download history is tracked for registered users.
3. Why We Use Your Data
We process personal data under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for contract performance (providing account services) and Article 6(1)(f) for legitimate interests (improving our platform, preventing abuse, and maintaining security). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Account information is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Email correspondence is retained for up to 5 years for record-keeping purposes. Download history is retained for the lifetime of your account.
5. Data Protection
All data is stored on secured servers. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.
