You get structured data in Excel, together with the original PDFs, all 50 metadata fields, evidence traces including page and source references, and support from our research team. By default it’s a one-off delivery. If you need updates throughout the year, have a look at the Enterprise Licence.

No. We can only extract what a company actually reports. Some companies don’t disclose certain metrics, and others report them on a different boundary.

We keep units and definitions as reported, so those differences stay visible instead of being hidden. When you compare companies, keep an eye on units, boundaries, populations and denominators.

On each package’s own page, under “Detailed scope and definitions”. Open a metric group to see the definitions, units and distinctions such as location-based versus market-based emissions, headcount versus FTE, and which denominator an intensity uses.

Every value is marked as either taken straight from the report or calculated by us from reported figures. We only calculate when the inputs are compatible. If they’re missing or unclear, the field stays empty rather than being guessed.

Targets and disclosure assessments come with their source evidence. They’re not credibility scores, alignment ratings or compliance certificates.

Custom pricing depends on your companies, reporting years and the type and number of packages you choose. An illustrative price for GHG Emissions + Targets is $2.50 per company, per reporting year, for 10,000 companies and one year. Prices for the other packages are on request, and your quote confirms the exact coverage and price.

You get the dataset in the agreed format, with the source PDFs and a reference for every value. We walk you through the delivery so you can review the results and start working with them.

The first call with our research team is free. We’ll tell you honestly whether the project can be done, and if it can, you get a non-binding quote before we start. The price depends on the scope, the number of metrics and how hard they are to extract.

Each report converted into plain text with its structure intact: headings, tables and labelled figures. Page markers show exactly which PDF page each part came from. They’re made for text analysis and AI workflows.

Depending on the tool, a PDF upload may use only extracted text and miss chart content, image-based text, table structure or footnotes. Our Markdown makes these elements explicit through vision OCR, typed figure descriptions, corrected tables and page references. It gives extraction jobs consistent, reusable input without parsing the PDF again each time. The original PDF stays available to check the source.

Every page goes through vision OCR. Each figure then gets a second pass from a separate vision model that classifies and describes it, and tables get their own correction pass. Before delivery, every file is checked for structure and against its source PDF.

An optional add-on for one-off orders of 1,000 reports or more. We check your company list, years and report types against our database, then go looking elsewhere for the reports we’re missing.

You get the reports we found, plus a status per company showing what’s covered and what’s still missing. We can’t guarantee every report: some companies simply don’t publish every year, and some reports can no longer be found online.

Our work grew out of academic research. We focus on broad global coverage, clear report classification and data that can be traced back to its source. We also publish independent research on sustainability reporting and corporate disclosure.

In 2026, SustainabilityReports.com was selected as one of ten featured innovators at the United Nations Science, Technology and Innovation Forum, where our founder Dr. Kees Krul presented our work to expand access to sustainability data.
