Overview

The report covers 2022 Group ESG performance, with the Board holding overall ESG responsibility and a Sustainability Working Group monitoring strategy, risks and targets. It reports 27,798 employees, 3,699,020 GJ of total energy consumption, 598,341 tCO2e of total GHG emissions, and 10,964,065 tonnes of water consumption. Environmental initiatives included three new solar PV plants and separate hazardous and general waste disclosures. HKQAA provided reasonable assurance under ISAE 3000.
