Overview

The report covers Sagax's 2021 sustainability performance, highlighting 155 kWh/sqm of energy use and a renewable-energy share of 54% in the properties for which Sagax supplies energy. Scope 1 and 2 emissions declined to 4,044 tonnes, down 57% from the preceding year. Sagax ended the year with 25 sustainability-rated properties covering 232,128 square metres and 87 employees. It also disclosed 100% taxonomy eligibility for turnover, CapEx and OpEx, while noting that alignment analysis was still underway.
