The report presents Sagax's 2025 property portfolio and financial performance, including 1,043 properties valued at SEK 68,283 M and rental revenue of SEK 5,378 M. Sustainability highlights include a 7% reduction in comparable energy consumption, 24,498 MWh of solar production and 41% renewable energy. Gross Scope 3 emissions were 114,065 tCO2e, alongside a validated 42% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target for 2030. The report also describes the first double materiality assessment conducted in 2024.
