Overview

The report describes a three-tier ESG governance structure in which the Board has overall responsibility and an ESG Task Group coordinates implementation. It reports 160 full-time employees at December 31, 2021, including 75 female and 85 male employees. The Group reports no work-related deaths over the past three reporting periods including 2021. Environmental KPIs are limited to the Shanghai headquarters, including 821.31 metric tons of Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions and 39.00 metric tons of hazardous waste plus 12.50 metric tons of non-hazardous waste.
