Overview

The report sets out the company's 2030 net-zero target for landlord Scope 1 and 2 emissions and its 2050 target for all portfolio emissions. It reports 2023 Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 587 and 807 tCO2e, with total Scope 1/2 emissions of 1,394 tCO2e, and describes 3.4 MWp of installed solar PV capacity and 100% renewable landlord-procured electricity. ESG oversight is assigned to a Sustainability Committee comprising the whole Board.
