Overview

The report presents ADX's fourth sustainability report for 2022, prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards: Core option. It highlights a workforce of 155 individuals, with women representing 39% of the workforce, alongside 1,426 training hours. The report documents updated materiality issues, 3,234 GJ of total direct and indirect energy consumption, and 581.82 tonnes of total GHG emissions. It also reports zero fatalities, lost time injuries and recordable injuries over the past five years.
