Overview

The report describes the Group's FY2025 sustainability governance and materiality process, including Board oversight and an assessment addressing material impacts and financial materiality. It reports implementation of an Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, and measures emissions using the GHG Protocol. Scope 1 emissions were 222 tCO2e and Scope 2 emissions were 398 tCO2e, while the Group also set a 10% Scope 1 reduction target for FY2029.
