Overview

The report presents the Group's seventh ESG Report for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025 and describes a Board-led ESG governance structure supported by an ESG Committee and Working Group. It reports 142 employees, no work-related fatalities, and three work-related injuries. Environmental disclosures include 333.61 MWh of total energy consumption, 2.60 Tonnes of non-hazardous produced waste, and 95.04 Tonnes CO2e of total Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. Future Energy's integrated solar system reportedly met 100% of daytime office power requirements and fed surplus energy to the public grid.
