Overview

The report describes API and TRM's materiality process and links six identified materialities to the Sustainable Development Goals. For FY2020, portfolio environmental performance included 48,774 MWh of energy consumption, 40,683 t-CO2 of emissions, 443,885 m3 of water consumption and 2,899 t of waste generation. It also documents green-certified properties, COVID-19 response measures, TRM employee data and a limited independent assurance engagement over selected environmental metrics.
