Overview

The report covers FY 2019-20 and describes ADF Foods' first Business Responsibility Report under the SEBI NVG-based format. The company reports solar panels at its Nasik plant and an effluent treatment plant with zero liquid discharge, recycling around 60,000 liters of water daily, around 60% of that plant's consumption. CSR programs were implemented through external NGOs, including education, medical aid, women empowerment and sanitation initiatives. The report also records nil complaints for child, forced, involuntary and sexual-harassment categories, and no pending customer complaints.
