Overview

The report presents Adtran's 2025 sustainability performance for the Adtran Networks SE Group across climate change, circular economy, workforce and business conduct. It reports SBTi-validated group net-zero targets, including a 74.5% absolute Scope 1+2 reduction by 2032 and net zero across the entire value chain by 2048. For 2025, total energy consumption was 16,575 MWh with 53% renewable energy, while the workforce disclosure reports 2,277 employees.
