Overview

The report presents AMS's first enlarged-Group emissions baseline after the Peters Surgical acquisition, reporting 106,561 tCO2e of total Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions for FY2024. It sets a Group net-zero target for 2045, including a 42% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 and a 30% Scope 3 Category 12 reduction by 2033. It also highlights 910.8 tonnes of total waste, an 18% renewable/low-carbon energy mix, and governance in which the Board holds overall responsibility for climate matters.
