Environmental Data Report

The report describes Aedifica's 2023 environmental performance across its healthcare real-estate portfolio, including 274,541 MWh of energy consumption, 1,281,569 m3 of water consumption and 3,071 tonnes of waste. Portfolio GHG emissions are reported using market- and location-based methods, while corporate emissions were 452 tCO2e. Aedifica reports a net-zero GHG goal for its entire portfolio by 2050 and an interim 2030 nEUI target of 130 kWh/m2. The report also includes limited-assurance verification by CO2logic and reporting in accordance with GRI Core.
