Overview

The report presents Aedifica's 2025 environmental performance for its portfolio and corporate operations. It reports 261,357 MWh of energy consumption across 498 assets and an 86% energy-data coverage. Net energy use intensity fell to 148 kWh/m2 from 154 in 2024, against a 130 kWh/m2 2030 target. Corporate emissions were approximately 459 tCO2e, while absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions fell to 186 tCO2e; the data was independently verified to a limited level.
