Environmental and Social Report

Overview

The report presents Aeon's FY2010 environmental and social initiatives across the Group, organized around four key issues: low-carbon society, biodiversity, resource use and social matters. It reports total energy use of 1,550 thousand kl for consolidated Group companies in Japan and sets a 20% CO2 reduction target against 2006 by 2013. The report also records 9,475,492 trees planted as of February 28, 2011.
