Overview

The report presents 2013 CSR performance across employees, environment, customers and purchasing, and community. It reports 9,026 Group employees at 31 December 2013 and a 29.9% reduction in internal CO2 emissions versus 2009. Renewable energy reached 14.0% of final internal energy consumption. KPMG reviewed the reported social and environmental information with moderate assurance.
