The report covers AGC and 213 consolidated subsidiaries, reporting 54,101 consolidated employees, 113.5 PJ of energy consumption, 628,000 tons of waste, 10.7 million t-CO2 Scope 1+2 emissions and 9.1 million t-CO2 Scope 3 emissions for 2018. It also reports zero fatal accidents across the Group including business partners and a 175 thousand t-CO2 reduction target by 2020 through glass cullet. KPMG AZSA Sustainability Co., Ltd. provided limited assurance over starred GHG indicators.
