Overview

The report describes a challenging 2024/25 year in which the Group grew consolidated revenue by 24% to Rs. 9.52 billion despite margin pressure and an operational loss. It highlights completion of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP migration, expansion of digital sales tools, and the launch of Sri Lanka's first mobile soil testing laboratory. Sustainability highlights include ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications across all business units, coated fertilisers designed to reduce nutrient runoff, rooftop solar installations, and new e-waste and expired-product disposal programmes. The report also records Group employment of 162 people at 31 March 2025.
