Overview

The report presents AIA NZ's 2022 sustainability progress across five ESG pillars. Highlights include Toitū carbonreduce certification and operational emissions of 874 tCO2e, a new Board ESG Committee, and women holding three of seven Board seats. It also reports a 19.1% gender pay gap and initiatives covering employee wellbeing, community partnerships, sustainable investment and waste management. AIA NZ reiterates its commitment to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
