Overview

The report describes a new objective to reduce purchased energy per square metre by 40% by 2025 compared with 2000, and says energy use had fallen by a little over 20% from 2000 to 2009. More than 900 energy-saving measures were commenced during 2009, with over 300 completed. The company reported 421 employees at year-end and an employee satisfaction index of 70. Rental revenue reached SEK 4,927 million, while net operating profit was SEK 3,149 million.
