Overview

The report presents Akbank's 2015 sustainability performance under the GRI G4 Comprehensive option. It highlights systematic energy and greenhouse-gas monitoring, environmental and social risk assessment in lending, and a workforce of more than 14,000 employees. Community initiatives included the Children: Heroes of the Economy project, which reached 55,000 students, and volunteer projects involving 400 university students.
