Overview

The report presents Aldermore Group's inaugural account of its 2022 societal impact, covering 2,198 Group colleagues, 45% female colleagues and initiatives supporting inclusion and development. It records Aldermore becoming a signatory to the UNEP FI Principles for Responsible Banking in November 2022. Environmental progress includes reducing internal combustion engine vehicles to 29% of the company fleet and setting a goal for a 100% low-carbon fleet by the end of 2024. The report also highlights £60,858 of charitable giving during FY2022.
