Overview

The report covers Alecta's 2024 sustainability performance and introduces overall sustainability goals for 2024–2028 across Pensions, Investments, and People and Workplace. It reports a portfolio climate ambition of net-zero climate impact by 2050 and 53% of equity-portfolio companies with confirmed science-based climate targets. It also reports 487 year-end Group employees, 44% women in senior management, and a 30% share of women on Alecta's Board. PwC performed a limited assurance review of the Sustainability Report.
