Overview

The report presents Alfa Laval's sustainability work through four Business Principles covering human rights, business integrity, the environment and transparency. It reports 2012-2015 environmental targets for 23 key manufacturing sites, including 12% improved energy efficiency, 20% lower water consumption and 12% lower greenhouse gas emissions from freight transportation. The Group had 16,308 employees at year-end, while women represented 25.0% of board members in 2013.
