Overview

The report describes Couche-Tard's Fiscal 2025 sustainability performance across its Planet, People and Prosperity pillars. It reports 846,061 metric tons (t) CO2e of combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions and a partial Scope 3 inventory of 175,020,388 metric tons (t) CO2e covering Categories 1, 3 and 11. The report also discloses 99,782 employees, one workplace fatality and 37.5% women on the Board. During the year, Couche-Tard began its first double materiality assessment, while the Board retained ultimate oversight of sustainability-related issues.
