Overview

The report is Allegro's first ESG publication and documents FY23 progress including CDP participation, public DEI data, new employee resource groups, and ESG governance structures. It sets a FY30 target to reduce normalized Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% from the FY18 base year. Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions are disclosed for the first time in the report and are covered by LRQA limited assurance.
