Overview

The report describes Ally's 2021 expansion of employee well-being, equity and community programs, alongside the launch of its Sustainability Office. Ally submitted its inaugural CDP climate questionnaire and achieved operational carbon neutrality for 2020 Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions using offsets and renewable energy certificates. It also initiated its first formal ESG Stakeholder Assessment, identifying 19 key topics through stakeholder and executive engagement.
