ESG Update

Overview

The report presents AltaGas's 2019 enterprise-wide ESG update, now including WGL, and reports a decline in emissions despite the expanded scope. Company-wide Scope 1 emissions were 1,861,564 tonnes CO2e and Scope 2 emissions were 133,532 tonnes CO2e. It also reports a workforce of more than 2,800 people and states that no external assurance was sought.
