Overview

The report is AMCO's fourth voluntary sustainability report. It highlights the 2024 move to a one-tier governance system with a nine-member Board, 55% women on the Board, a workforce of 444 employees, and extensive ESG initiatives. Environmental performance included total Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 136 tCO2e and electricity purchased from certified renewable sources. The report also documents AMCO's materiality assessment, ESG governance and 2025-2028 sustainability targets.
