Overview

The report describes the company’s 2025 sustainability progress through stronger ESG governance, a 452-person workforce, and environmental reductions. AMCO established an ESG Board Committee and reported that women represented 55% of Board members. It also reported 95 tCO2e of total Scope 1 and 2 emissions, a 65% reduction from 2021, alongside 100% electricity from renewable sources. The company additionally completed Scope 3 category 7 commuting calculations, covering 201 tCO2e across its four offices.
