Overview

The report is AME REIT’s first Sustainability Statement following its 2022 listing and covers the establishment-to-FPE2023 assessment period. It describes a four-step materiality assessment identifying 10 key matters and supports 13 UN SDGs. Reported FPE2023 highlights include a 10-person workforce, 17% women representation at Board level, 24.54 tCO2eq total GHG emissions, and 1181.07 m3 water consumption; it also reports zero work-related fatalities in the Manager's offices. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board, Sustainability Steering Committee, and Sustainability Working Group.
