Overview

The report presents AIG's FY2025 sustainability performance across its consolidated subsidiaries, with Board oversight of sustainability and climate-related risk. It commits to net zero GHG emissions across operations, underwriting and investment portfolios by 2050 or sooner and 100% renewable energy for operations by 2030 or sooner. Reported 2025 operational emissions were 4,793 MTCO2e Scope 1, 24,159 MTCO2e location-based Scope 2 and 176,238 MTCO2e Scope 3; Scope 1 and location-based Scope 2 received limited assurance. The report also highlights approximately 22,100 colleagues and more than 43,000 volunteer hours.
