Overview

The report presents AMP's 2022 sustainability performance across its customers, people and partners, and communities and environment. It reports 4,334 employees globally, gender diversity targets met at board and workforce levels, and a 50% female share on the AMP Limited Board. Climate highlights include maintained carbon neutrality, a 75% reduction in operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions from the 2019 base year, and a 42% reduction target by 2030. The report was prepared in accordance with GRI 2021 and SASB and includes EY limited assurance over selected sustainability metrics.
