Overview

The report places ultimate ESG and climate oversight with the Board and describes a cross-functional ESG Working Group for day-to-day implementation. For the year ended 31 March 2026, total energy consumption was 93,685 MWh, while Scope 1 and location-based Scope 2 emissions were 22,528 tCO2e and 250 tCO2e respectively. The Group deferred quantified Scope 3 disclosure because sufficiently granular data was not yet available. It set an annual gross target to maintain or reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions intensity against 2025 performance.
