Overview

The report covers the Group's environmental, social and governance policies and practices for the year ended 31 March 2026. It describes Board-level ESG oversight and an annual materiality assessment covering 24 issues. Environmental disclosures report 38,487 Kg CO2e of total GHG emissions, including 15,259 Kg CO2e of Scope 3 emissions, and 47,758 KWh of total energy consumption. The Group also states a strategic Dual Carbon target of carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.
