Overview

The report describes ANZ's 2017 group-wide sustainability performance across global operations, including a 20% reduction in premises-energy GHG emissions against a 2013 baseline and 47,774 employees. It reports 41.5% women in management, 113,127 volunteer hours and $131.1 million in community investment. ANZ says it adopted a science-based operational target and disclosed climate risks using TCFD recommendations. KPMG provided limited assurance over all text and data in the review.
