Overview

The report covers AOKI Holdings and its three consolidated subsidiaries for April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022. It reports consolidated net sales of 154,916 Millions of yen and highlights recovery across the fashion, bridal and entertainment businesses. Sustainability management was strengthened through a Sustainability Committee, materiality and KPI development, and TCFD-aligned disclosure. The Group also set a FY2030 target to cut per-store Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions 50% from FY2017.
