Overview

The report describes a board-led ESG governance structure, with a SHE Committee reporting directly to the Board and defining Group ESG targets and indicators. It reports FY2020 Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 416, 69 and 6 tonnes CO2e, respectively. The Group had 120 employees at 31 March 2020 and reported no work-related fatalities, although two work-related injuries occurred.
