Overview

The report describes Board-led ESG oversight through a Board with sole responsibility for ESG issues and progress, supported by an ESG Working Group. In 2021, the Group reported 9.12 tonnes CO2-equivalent of Scope 1 emissions, 70.12 tonnes of Scope 2 emissions and 162.70 MWh of total energy consumption. The workforce totaled 140 employees, while the Group set carbon-neutrality targets for 2050 in Hong Kong and 2060 in the PRC.
