Overview

The report covers 1 January to 31 December 2025 and describes direct Board oversight of ESG matters. It reports 1.74 tonnes CO2-equivalent of Scope 1 emissions, 71.58 tonnes CO2-equivalent of location-based Scope 2 emissions, and 73.32 tonnes CO2-equivalent of total emissions. The Group reported 132 employees at year-end and continued community engagement, including 22 employee volunteers and an HK$27,300 charitable donation.
