Overview

The report describes APG's 2025 progress in executing the renewed pension-system transition and presenting Strategy 2030. It also highlights responsible investment, climate-risk analysis and targets for reducing investment and operational emissions. The voluntary sustainability statement expands APG's ESRS-aligned reporting, including a double materiality assessment and governance of sustainability matters. Operational disclosures include 816 tonnes of gross market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 4,320 tonnes of total gross market-based emissions and a year-end workforce of 3,717 employees.
