Overview

The report describes Apheon's sustainability approach across its portfolio companies, its own operations, and wider society. In 2025, Apheon conducted its fifth consecutive carbon footprint assessment for seven offices, reported 1,297 tCO2 from those offices, and stated that 100% of its emissions were offset. Its Talent, Diversity & Inclusion program covered 55 professionals, with 45% female employees, 93% participation in the latest social barometer, and 100% participation in TD&I training. The report also highlights continuing philanthropy through scholarships, mentoring, and youth-focused charitable initiatives.
