Overview

The report is AppLovin's first annual ESG Impact Report and presents its 2022 commitments across environmental, social, and governance areas. It establishes company-wide workforce baselines of 1,707 global employees, 36% female employees, and 28% female leaders. AppLovin Cares donated approximately a quarter of a million dollars to nonprofits, including support for nonprofit organizations, multi-year partners, crisis relief, and employee-participation programs.
