The report presents ARATA's 2018 consolidated performance, including net sales of ¥732.9 billion and profit attributable to owners of parent of ¥6.3 billion. It describes the establishment of CSR priority issues through Committee discussions and sets an action-plan target to increase the ratio of female managers by about 1.5 times over five years.
