Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents Arçelik A.Ş.'s 2013 sustainability approach across environmental management, energy efficiency, value-chain practices, employee development, and social development. It reports 141,194 tons of greenhouse-gas emissions for the covered Turkish campuses and states that the emissions data was verified by BSI with reasonable assurance. Renewable energy accounted for 27.9% of purchased electricity, while water-saving and recovery projects delivered 159,210 m3 of savings. The report also includes a GRI G4 content index and a reproduced independent assurance statement.
