Overview

The report covers the Group's ESG performance for the year ended 31 March 2022 and states compliance with Appendix 27 to the Listing Rules. The company assigns overall ESG governance responsibility to the Board and delegates day-to-day matters to management. It conducts an annual materiality assessment, reports 38 ton of indirect electricity-related carbon emissions, 190 m3 water consumption, 500 kg of non-hazardous waste and 7 full-time employees. It also targets a per-person annual reduction of at least 2% in resource consumption, waste and greenhouse gas emissions.
