Overview

The report describes Ares' continued expansion of ESG integration across its investment platforms in 2025. Its ESG data program grew by approximately 50% year over year to nearly 5,000 entities, while the Ares Climate Transition Program engaged more than 70 portfolio companies. In Real Estate, a new Residential Sustainable Buildings Playbook was used across more than 30 investments, and 15 solar projects became operational. The report also highlights expanded global ESG data management and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
